Conversion options
You will first need to agree with your Local Authority the type of conversion that can be undertaken e.g. one\two bedrooms\bathroom\ensuite etc..
We offer a full or tailored(shell) conversion service to meet our clients needs. In order to do as much or as little of the work as you require.
Full conversion
- Design and produce full working drawings complying to building regulations
- Party wall agreement
- All submissions to local authorities(including planning permission)
- Full structure inc. floor, stairs, windows, supports, walls
- Insulation
- Skirting, doors, architraves etc
- Electrics and plumbing as required
- Plaster finish and ready to decorate
Shell conversion
- Design and produce full working drawings complying to building regulations as per the full conversion
- Floor, structural work and supports
- Stairs, timber work for stud walls, etc
- Windows, roof work, external finishing's
- Part build will include as much of the above as required
